Soufie » 05 September 2008 » In florida-artist » No Comments

Elizabeth Nelson writes:

The Tuesday Sept 2nd opening of the SCC Fine Arts Gallery exibit featuring Elizabeth St. Hilaire Nelson and Robin Maria Pedrero was well attended. Patrons were in a steady stream of attendance between 5 and 7pm despite rainy weather and I-4 traffic! Terry Olson, The Orange County Arts Director was in attendance, along with Pam Coffman, The Curator of Education for the Museum of Florida Art, Mary McBride formerly with the Atlantic Center for the Arts, and Lucy Gonzalez, the SCC Fine Arts Gallery Curator.

Pedrero had collectors in attendance and sold two pieces before the night was out! Overall the opening was a great success and the work is on display through September 25th.
